I e-mailed sony music about not being able to get the instant mp3 download of Something 'Bout Love when i pre-ordered the Fan Edition, and the reply to me was that the track “Something ‘Bout Love” is not available for international orders. May I know what else in the list of things for the Fan Edition is not available for international orders?

Deszra - I did the same thing. There's a tiny cart button at right top of page - click to check out.

My problem - I ordered the deluxe box set and when i downloaded the Something About Love single somehow i didn't get the whole thing. There didn't seem to be any problems at the time, but later when i played it, i found i only had 1:32 of the song. i guess there's nothing can be done now. I'm not really too worried about it or anything i'll just buy it on itunes, but i thought i would report it here.

Hi, ive been having a leetle trouble. I live in the US so thats no problem. I just havent been able to checkout. I clickd the Buy link and it said In Cart, but i dont see any link on the page that takes me to the cart or checkout section. Is it just something to do with my computer?

Hello! Myself and a few other Canadians are tryin to purchase the fan special edition pre-order and we are getting an ERROR message after we enter in all the info and press continue... we get an ERROR message???... Would love to order though Please fix!!!

I pre-ordered, and I got to download "Something 'Bout Love" but I never got an e-mail confirmation so I am not sure if my order went through fully or not. How do I know?

I Pre-Ordered 'The Other Side of Down' Premium Fan Edition and I got the receipt and purchase ID through EMAIL. So I'm sure it means the purchase has been processed and is in the system..

BUT!

I did not get the "Something 'Bout Love" instant download.
How come? I just need to know why.

Hello, I've been trying to Pre Order the Fan Exlusive Addition for a very long time now... and everytime I try It tells me " sorry your request is unavailable please try again later"
I thought the problem should be fixed by now, but its not:( & I live in Canada so it should be working
I dont know what to do.. since I've tried talking to sony but they told me they can't do anything about it
Please fix this problem soon or let me know if theres any other way possible to order this.. like through the phone maybe?

Well I ordered The Exclusive Fan Edition, I downloaded Something Bout Love with no problems but it still hasn't processed the payment. 4 days have passed and its still processing, what's wrong? How long does it process?

As much as I love that ad, Why does the "Order Now" commercial takes the whole page and doesn't let me navigate to other things? There's not even an "x" to get out of that ad. Only after I refresh a (every) page, can I navigate out of that commercial.

So, no chance for fans out of those listed countries can get the Fans Exclusive Pack? Poor us ...
